What is The Drake Village (TDV) Program?

The Drake Village offers up to two years of transitional housing for graduates of The Drake House. Located on campus, it includes 16 two-bedroom apartments and provides families with continued stability as they work toward long-term independence.

Eligibility Requirements

  • $2,200 in savings
  • $3,000 monthly income minimum
  • Earn less than 60% AMI
  • Kids attending school and/or in good standing with ASP
  • TDH Program Compliance

HOSTA provides one year of case management and rental assistance to support families as they transition into and succeed in independent living.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Earn less than 80% AMI
  • Employed and committed to career growth
  • PWCN participation
  • Actively leasing or proof of recent approval

What is the Workforce Housing (WFH) Pilot Program?

The Workforce Housing Pilot Program (WFH) provides affordable housing and supportive services to help you complete job training or certification that leads to a living wage career. While in the program, you and your children will continue your program journey in a safe, community-centered apartment at The Drake Village. 

Eligibility Requirements

  • Are a single mother with custody of minor children
  • Are a current resident of The Drake House or Drake Village
  • Are enrolled in a job training or certification program (completed within 12 months)
  • Are pursuing a living wage career path
  • Are willing to actively engage in career coaching and work part-time

Program Objectives

By the end of the program, successful participants will have:

  • Completed a job certification for a sustainable career
  • Gained living wage employment
  • Increased income and financial literacy
  • Built a career network and a step-by-step plan for the future
  • Improved their Bridge Score
  • Established savings and stability
