Neighbors Helping Neighbors

Join our neighborhood of giving.

The Drake House began when a group of neighbors saw families in need and decided, together, to build something better. That same spirit of neighbors helping neighbors is what keeps our doors open today. Every gift, at every level, is another neighbor joining our community of support.

Mary’s Circle $25,000+

The Drake House opened its doors in 2006, named in honor of Roswell native Mary Drake, a founder of North Fulton Community Charities and a lifelong advocate for those in need. Her legacy lives on through our mission to empower single mothers and their children experiencing homelessness. Mary’s Circle carries that legacy forward, a leadership-level investment that shapes the next chapter for families in our community, for years to come.

Legacy Giving

Leave a Legacy of Stability:
A Gift in Your Will

Some of the most powerful gifts are the ones that outlast us. Leaving a gift in your will to The Drake House is a promise that the stability you helped build for mothers and children today will continue for generations to come.

By including The Drake House in your will, you can help ensure that families navigating housing instability always have a partner walking beside them, toward stability, opportunity, and long-term independence.

Why Consider a Gift in Your Will

A gift in your will lets you make a meaningful impact without affecting your finances today. Whether it’s a specific amount, a percentage of your estate, or what remains after providing for loved ones, your gift becomes part of a lasting legacy of hope for families in our community.

This kind of gift is sometimes called a “bequest,” simply another word for a gift made through your will. By including The Drake House this way, you help sustain our mission long into the future, supporting housing, coaching, and the coordinated care that helps families build a future that’s truly their own.
