Not many people can say they’ve cranked homemade ice cream for 3000 people for 15 years in a row, but we are so going to miss one person who has, Dianne McNaughton. Dianne began helping at The Drake House during the planning for the very first Miss Mary’s Ice Cream Crankin’ 15 years ago and has been involved every year since. Not only has she given her time to The Drake House, but was also one of the first people to volunteer to help in The Drake Closet store when it opened in Roswell. She went on to help open the boutique in Alpharetta, working almost every Saturday there for years. Having recently obtained a fulltime job, Dianne’s time has become much more limited and she has decided to “retire” from her volunteer roles within The Drake House organization. We appreciate all Dianne has done for us over the years and will miss her greatly! Thanks Dianne!
